Career pathways
Most teachers hit a ceiling. Here, the path is already built.
You can begin with a high school diploma and six months in a classroom. From there, we pay for the training and re-certification fees that carry you to your next role.
Teacher Aide
A high school diploma or equivalent and six months in a center-based classroom is enough to start.
Assistant Teacher
Earn a CDA or an ECE degree, or commit to earning your CDA within a year of hire.
Head Teacher
With a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and classroom experience, lead a team of three educators and shape each child's readiness goals.
Coordinator
With five years of experience, including supervision, coach educators across classrooms and sites.

Nicole enrolled William at ten months old so she could keep studying. Three years later, William is a curious preschooler, Nicole has an associate’s degree, and she is working toward a bachelor’s while teaching in an infant and toddler classroom.
She began as a substitute, moved into a Teacher Aide role, and is now a credentialed Assistant Teacher. That progression was not luck. It is the pathway, working as designed.
