Meet our team

Nicole enrolled William at ten months old so she could keep studying. Three years later, William is a curious preschooler, Nicole has an associate’s degree, and she is working toward a bachelor’s while teaching in an infant and toddler classroom.
She began as a substitute, moved into a Teacher Aide role, and is now a credentialed Assistant Teacher. That progression was not luck. It is the pathway, working as designed.
“For Nicole and William, this was never just a program. It was a foundation.”See where your own path could start
The best part is knowing someone is always beside you — for the children and for you.
Coaching gives us space to reflect, grow, and return to the classroom stronger.
Even on a hard day, this team reminds you why the work matters.
